This Paper seeks to review the articles published in Journal of Intellectual Property Rights (JIPR) first half second decade twenty-first century from Volume 15 (1) (2010) 19 (6) (2014). is fourth paper on theme ‘JIPR IPR Research’ and proceeds with same method reasoning as adopted developed previous three papers theme. In this decade, two Special Issues themes ‘IPR Agriculture’ ‘Leveraging IP for Business Advantage’ were their separate guest editors. Compared decades between 2010–2014 are maximum. Out total 1996–2014, number (251) constitute 37.24 (point four) compared 32.64 six percent 2005–2009, 19.58 five eight) 2000 –2004 10.53 three) 1996–1999.
